THE COCAINE HANDBOOK is a RARE
book. We have the only copies in the world. One
vendor - FS Book Company
- has a few
copies, which they get from Ronin and which they retail for $150. Stock of this book is limited and
when sold, that is that — no more available in the whole world. If you wish to purchase this book, you must meet two conditions. 1. You must send us an email
confirming that you are over 18 years old and providing your birthday.
Card
Confirmation:2. Your credit card must “confirm” through PayPal when charged. Paypal and Google Checkout will process your credit card and charge it for the order BUT if your card does not “confirm”, we will not accept the order. We will cancel the order and your payment will be refunded. To confirm
your name and address must match that of the card holder on the account
and must match the address where the bill is sent.
This
means a) that the address you provided with the order matches PERFECTLY
the billing address for the card; and b) that your card info is in the
PayPal data base. (This is all part of PayPal grabbing as much
commision $$$ as they can). If your card is not in PayPal, then
try
Google Checkout for Buying.
If your card comes up "unconfirmed" we will not ship and there will be a hassle trying to get info from you to confirm. You will have to send us your card number and expire date and we will have to try to confirm through our office machine. This is all a huge hassle because of the PayPal rules and the way they they grab your credit card date to get the max $$$ for themselves. Sorry. Your card charge MUST confirm. Or we cancel the order. USA based cards are usually easy to confirm - provided you have use the same card for previous orders with PayPal. PayPal and other card processing entities have not yet created software for confirming international based cards. This is a problem. So international buyers may not be able to purchase this book via credit card. We are not willing to ship the book to any secondary person or address. We ship to the card holder name at
the card billing address only.
If that doesn't work for you - Sorry.
We do not ship
this or any of our books to correctional facilities because
it always
leads to hassles and
confiscation of the books. If you cannot or will not comply with these terms. Sorry. Purchase by Money Order We are willing to
accept
money order instead of credit card, except to correcitonal facility.
You can mail Money order for the
book plus shipping = $7 for domestic USA and $12 for international
shipping. You must
include a statement that you are over 18 years old along with your
birthday.
